Pedal came on delivery day as usual from GAK, but because of the extreme heat, the dpd driver had real problems with his battery draining so he told me when he arrived a little later than the tracking info said:- but apart from heat chaos, the package was well packed & protected, & a better price than many other music stores.

Punch’s well above it’s weight. Useable Drive’s,amp models,eq’s,compressors,modulation, surprisingly good uni- vibe. The reverb’s and delays are ok but the octave is not so good. The G1 four is really a G3n lite, it has the same sampling frequency and 32 bit processing but I would guess not as robust as the G3n and my old G2. All in all a good little multi-effects with a fun basic looper and flexible power options.

GAK were quick to respond to my order and equally quick to post out the bass guitar. They also kept me informed of the progress of the order and I found that very helpful. The guitar was well packaged and arrived safely on the agreed date. My only concern is that I could not see anywhere on the purchasing journey where a case was offered - I would willingly have purchased a soft or hard shell case but nothing came up. Apart from that, thank you for a great customer service! David

Bought a Fender Jazz from the online store, such a quick and easy transaction and the customer services team were very helpful with my query.

The Jazz has been great so far and it even came with a hard case too. I’ll definitely be recommending here to others, especially since Fender seems to want to discontinue their American ranges.

I ordered a fender headphone micro plug in on the friday morning ,git a message it would be delivered monday and it got delivered Saturday next day.First class service

Pros: Great price, good website and ordering system, good information sent and order updates.

Cons: The delivery email said “We'll deliver your Gak Co Uk Ltd parcel TOMORROW”. ‘We’ll’ is an abbreviation of we will, not we might or we may. I took the day off work to be at home to receive my order and having not received it by 1pm and having seen some confusing ‘we haven’t picked up your order yet’ messages on the tracking site, I emailed you to see what was going on. To be fair you got back pretty quickly but basically told me ‘it’s been delayed, you can cancel if you want’. So I had to take the next day off work and thankfully it arrived and it’s great.

And that’s pretty much a microcosm of my online shopping experience, I don’t think you (and other retailers) actually care about the service you provide, that people have to shuffle their lives around to accommodate a completely inadequate logistics system. You just want the order. I wish properly stocked local shops were still a thing. I sound like a moaning old person, I’m not even old and I yearn for the olden days. And don’t get me started on returns, man what a pain that is.

Very fast delivery of a Fender gig bag ,arrived the following day.
